Part of our history is the ability to offere a full service ESCO approach.  This service was favoured in the 90’s whereby a large servcie company would offer to install a system at no charge to the end user and lease the system back the client for a given period of time.  This was completed under the guise of energy savings and sometimes did not fair well for the client.  Today this service is offered through DSB with complete transparency for our clients.  Various Programs like SOLAR ROOFs for City’s and the SKY Program are offered through our sister company SolarBlue-Canada.   

These programs allow cients to have a complete LED  lighting upgrade or Solar PV system installed free of charge and is paid for through the savings generated.  We are proud to offer these services through our consortium partners..
