Ice rinks have always been a specialty of DSB Management And Associates. From the early 90’s we began studying electrical consumption and applying techniques to optimize energy consumption and understand both the operations and the operators to find the best solution possible to optimize performance and minimize energy usage.
in 2008 we were successful in developing a geothermal approach to ice rinks that would not only optimize energy consumption but would allow us to use all of the heat produced in making and maintaining ice in other applications. Applications where heat may be needed, such as comfort, domestic hot water, under slab freeze protection, bleacher warming, snow melt etc.
Today we have designed and built many ice rinks from the slab up, including everything you need for that extended ice season, indoors or outdoors we can develop system that will meet your needs and your budget. We specialize in the Cadillac vs. Pinto mentality allowing you to choose from a turn key to piece meal project that will get you where you need to be.
